Our 230V LED AC Strips are brand new and are directly connected to 230V AC. No converter or such is needed.

Please read the order instruction by the item carefully before preparing an order in our shop. We have certain guidelines regarding minimum lengths or different lengths of items in the basket.

Dreamline 230V AC Ribbons / Stripes are manufactured to your need and are able to be cut and soldered to your specific length(s). As a consequence, our items are NOT refundable or able to be taken back through withdrawal.

• We have 4 different types: 5cm, 10cm, 50cm and 100cm. 5cm + 10cm cut type is dimmable quite well (see further info by each item). 50cm and 100cm types are dimmable as mentioned in the info of each item.
• IP53 items are packaged in double insulated transparent shrinking tube, IP65 items are insulated in an extruded silicon tube. Both types have double sided tape on the back.
• The goods are delivered with open wires (N/L - blue/brown), around 10cm in length, directly to be attached to 230V house line. The ~10cm wire does not count as length, it is additional.
• For outdoor use, you can take IP65. For indoor use, IP53 is the right choice.
• If you have many different lengths, you want to order, you put the whole amount/length into the basket and tell us at the end of the order the different lengths in the commentary field.
• Important: by the 5cm and 10cm type, we do NOT solder any length below 50cm, which is also the minimum order length with all 10cm items. By the 50cm type, we do NOT solder any lengths under 1m, which is also the minimum order length. By the 100cm type, we do NOT solder any lengths under 3m, which is also the minimum order length.
• Luminosity (lumen) values are always for the length of the segment (5cm, 10cm, 50cm, 100cm) acc. to type.
• Further, all items have in common: Class II, CE certification and an RA value < 78
• The 5cm and 10cm cut-able goods are well dimmable with trailing edge / phase cut dimmers (see Further Info), the 50cm and 100cm items are only reliable dimmable by our dimmers 85162 and 85163)
• You can't combine 5cm, 10cm, 50cm or 100cm goods, they are totally different of type and output.
• If you order, for example, 59x pieces of a 10cm cut type item, we do send you ONE length of 5,90m, not 59x pieces of 10cm. If you want two lengths of 5,90m, you order 118x pieces and tell us at the end of the order, that you would like to have 2x pieces of 5,90m.
• Special lengths or orders with corners or longer supply line: please inquire by Email. There are NO corner pieces available. Corners must be soldered by us with litz wire.
• For heat dissipation, please use anodized AL bars for higher life time of your AC 230v LED ribbons.
